Eraser is a dark and meditative work, inspired by the exquisite novel 'In Praise of Shadows' by Junichiro Tanizaki who writes "Without shadows there would be no beauty." Eraser makes itself known to those who take the time to be with it.

It was shortlisted for the KOGEI award in 2020 and on show in the Toyama Musuem of Art and Design, Japan in 2021. Sudo Reiko and Nicole Coolidge Rousmaniere were pannelists for the award.

You can learn more about the process of making it here.

With thanks to Alaistair Brooks and Franciso for their photography.
